Tool Manufacturing Process

We manufacture tools for high-volume production. We use several different technologies for the thermal treatment of metals, all of which together guarantee the precision and longevity of the tools we produce due to the high hardness of the molds.

Our toolshop is fully equipped, allowing us to manufacture every tool completely independently. We produce tools based on drawings or 2D/3D models.

We offer the complete tool manufacturing process, whether based on drawings or models provided by the client, or if we are tasked with designing the tool according to a given sample. Guided by experience and professionalism, we are ready for the challenges you bring, and we will respond with high-quality services.

Our clients can be informed at any time about the progress of tool manufacturing and track the status of the work. Upon completion, the tool is tested on our injection molding machines and eccentric presses, after which we deliver trial pieces to the customer for verification.
